Teachers with different backgrounds and with unique characteristics and styles lead Hari-Om YTT.
We like to offer many different inputs, so you can learn them all and consciously decide which one to use according to the need of the moment.
As well as Vinyasa, we include Yin Yoga, Natural movement, Functional Training and much more, with the intent to provide you a 360° perspective on what body movement consists of.

Cascina Bellaria is a farmhouse located in the middle of the gorgeous Italian countryside.
This privileged location seems so close to the sky yet so rooted into the earth.
Cascina Bellaria’s guests can enjoy free concerts every weekend, pamper themselves with a Floating Touch massage and savour the dishes made by our kitchen made always with locally sourced ingredients.
You will live inside the beautiful natural bubble of Cascina Bellaria. The only hard part will be leaving us.
